Return & Exchange Policy

As part of the experience, we are committed to delivering exceptional products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on, we will correct it. You can return the product for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.


Return and exchange conditions:

Your item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received, and it must be in its original packaging.


Return and exchange process:

1. Contact our customer service staff, provide the order number/invoice, the SKU of the product to be returned, and explain the reason for the return in detail. If there is a quality problem, please provide a high-resolution picture or video of the defective item to

Shipping cost:


  • * For non-quality issues: In this case, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost. The express company you choose should determine the exact fee.
  • * For issues such as quality issues or the wrong product sent by our mistake: Once we receive your evidence, we will resend the item or issue a refund to you. Consumers do not need to pay for shipping, and we will bear the shipping costs for returns.



Once we have received and confirmed your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, your original payment method will be refunded. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund and send it. 



Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you, confirm with you the product and shipping address for the final exchange, and ship within 3-5 business days.
