Return & Exchange Policy
As part of the Seavya.com experience, we are committed to delivering exceptional products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on Seavya.com, we will correct it. You can return the product for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Return and exchange conditions:
Your item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received, and it must be in its original packaging.
Return and exchange process:
1. Contact our customer service staff, provide the order number/invoice, the SKU of the product to be returned, and explain the reason for the return in detail. If there is a quality problem, please provide a high-resolution picture or video of the defective item to email@example.com
2. After receiving the email, we will reply to you within 1-2 working days.
3. We will send you a return address if your order meets these criteria.
4. Please return the product to the address provided in our mail.
5. After the product is shipped, please send the order number and returned package number information to our email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can follow up.
Once we have received and confirmed your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, your original payment method will be refunded. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund and send it.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you, confirm with you the product and shipping address for the final exchange, and ship within 3-5 business days.
