Returns Policy


We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

 

How long do I have before making a return?

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Under what circumstances can a return be made?

 

1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must return the return package and postmark it within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.

 

2. If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact our customer service by email Service@seavya.com. After we review and confirm the problem, we will accept the return of this product, and we will bear the shipping cost of the return. In other cases, the return shipping fee will be borne by you, and freight collect will not be accepted.

 

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

4. We do not accept product damage due to customers as a reason for return.

 

5. If you want to exchange other equivalent products, please return the order that needs to be returned first. After we receive the return and confirm that it is correct, we will send you a new product. If you want to exchange non-equivalent products, please return and refund your order first, and then go to the website to order other products you like, and we will send them separately.

 

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

 

No,To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How do I make a return?

 

1.Contact our email Service@seavya.com, provide your order number, the item to be returned, and explain the reason.

 

2.If you need to return the entire order, please be sure to return all the goods (including accessories) in the current order.

 

3.If your return is accepted, after the application is approved, please send the goods that need to be returned with the product delivery list and return them to the address in the return confirmation email. If you use the non-searchable courier method to return the goods, the company is not responsible for the loss, damage, misdelivery, etc. of the goods, please understand. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. 

 

4.Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

 

Refunds

 

1.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund will be issued 10-15 business days after the return is received.

 

How can I exchange it?

 

1. You can apply for an exchange within 30 days after receiving the goods, and no exchange will be accepted for more than 30 days.

 

2. If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact our customer service via email Service@seavya.com. After we review and confirm the problem, we will accept the exchange of this product, and we will bear the return shipping cost. In other cases, the return shipping fee is borne by you, including the second shipping fee for the replacement. Freight collect is not accepted.

 

3. To be exchanged, the item (including accessories or giveaways) must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Important Notice

 

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. 

 

2. Make sure you don't accidentally include non-return items in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

 

About the warranty


During the one-year warranty period, the product will be repaired for the buyer free of charge, but the product shipping involved will be borne by the buyer.
